The final determination on whether to admit a foreigner into the Philippines rests with the Bureau of Immigration (BI). BI has the sole mandate and sovereign prerogative regarding the entry into and stay of all foreigners in the Philippines, and exit of all nationals from the Philippines. The Philippines grants visa-free entry for a maximum of 30-days stay in the Philippines for citizens of Switzerland, Liechtenstein and 155 other countries at present covered under Executive Order No. (EO) 408, as amended.
